Printed Wrap Film with UV Lamination — Avery MPI 1105 + DOL 1360Z

Premium printed cast vehicle wrap film, output on Avery Dennison MPI 1105 SuperCast and finished with DOL 1360Z cast UV overlaminate. Printed to order and priced by the square foot, this is a highly conformable, install-ready film for full and partial vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and curved or riveted surfaces. Enter your finished size, choose your laminate finish, upload your art, and we print and laminate it ready to install.

Sizing & Paneling — please read

• Priced by the square foot based on the final printed size you enter (Height × Width, in inches).
• Maximum print width is 52.5". Any graphic wider than 52.5" must be split into panels.
• Order each panel separately at its own finished size — add one to cart, then repeat for the next panel.
• Build a minimum 1" overlap into every shared panel edge so adjoining panels can be lapped and seamed cleanly on install. Panels supplied without overlap can't be seamed correctly and may show gaps.

Artwork Scale

You don't have to send full-size files. Save your artwork at any scale (100%, 50%, etc.), enter your FINAL printed size in the Height/Width fields, and tell us the percentage your file is saved at using the Artwork Scale menu. We scale your file up to the finished size you entered.

Laminate Finish

Choose Gloss, Satin, or Matte UV cast overlaminate — all at the same price. The laminate protects the print from UV, abrasion, and weather, and makes the film easier to install and remove.

A premium cast, gloss, opaque vinyl built for fleet marking, vehicle wraps, and corporate identity work. MPI 1105 delivers superior conformability to irregular surfaces — compound curves, corrugations, and rivets — so it lays down clean on demanding shapes. Its Easy Apply™ RS adhesive technology reduces wrinkling and air entrapment during installation, and adds repositionability and slideability so you can place graphics exactly where you want them before committing.

Avery Dennison DOL 1360Z Cast Overlaminate

A premium, ultra-thin, ultra-conformable clear cast overlaminate that protects prints from solvent, UV, latex, and screen-print inks. It matches the conformability of the base film and adds excellent abrasion resistance and long-term outdoor durability, so the finished wrap holds up to weather and washing. Available in gloss, satin, and matte finishes.

File Prep

File Types

• Raster graphics: submit as a layered .PSD or a flattened .TIFF, built in CMYK.
• Vector graphics: PDF preferred; .AI and .EPS also accepted. Build in CMYK, convert all fonts to outlines, and embed all images and objects.
• We do not accept files from Microsoft Publisher, CorelDRAW, or office applications.

File Basics

• Resolution: 72 DPI minimum at full size for vehicle wraps; 100–150 DPI preferred for crisp detail.
• Text: convert all type to outlines to ensure correct output.
• Bleed: include bleed on all edges; on paneled jobs the 1" overlap above serves as your seam allowance.

Color

Build all files in CMYK. For color matching, specify PMS Coated (spot) values in your file — our color management is PMS-based and will output more accurately when files are set up this way. Note that filters, drop shadows, and transparency effects can shift on output; flatten where possible and send a visual reference if exact color is critical.

How to Order

1. Enter your final Height and Width in inches.
2. Choose your laminate finish.
3. Upload your artwork and select the scale it's saved at.
4. Add to cart — repeat for each panel on wide graphics.
