How long will DTF transfers take in transit?
We ship UPS and transit times vary by location. Many Midwest customers receive custom DTF transfers within 1–2 days depending on distance from our Southern Illinois production facility.
Does your DTF come ready to apply?
Yes. We fully print, powder, and cure every transfer before shipping so you receive ready-to-press DTF transfers that only need trimming from the sheet.
What happens to my file after upload?
All artwork is uploaded to a secure localized server at our facility and used only for production. File privacy is our top concern.
Will your DTF transfers fade or crack?
Our transfers use high-quality film, adhesive powder, and ink designed to resist cracking, fading, and peeling when pressed using proper settings.
What are the DTF pressing instructions?
Set heat press to from 303 degrees. If using 100 percent polyester use 280 degrees. Check with a laser temperature gauge for accuracy. Use a lint roller on the garment for the best quality. Prepress for 6 seconds. Then press the transfer for 6 seconds with heavy pressure. If you don't have a pneumatic heat press you must press down hard. Peel warm, not hot! Peeling immediately is not recommended. Press again for 6 seconds. Use a cover sheet and do not skip this step! You should see the grain of the fabric through the DTF transfer. Wash after 24 hours.

Yes. Gang sheet ordering allows apparel brands, print shops, and teams to reduce cost per print while maintaining consistent quality. 200" length sheets allow you to stack images and utilize more space vs multiple smaller sheet sizes.
What file types do you accept for DTF printing?
PNG with transparent background and print-ready PDF layouts are commonly accepted depending on the product.
