What is your processing time?
We print and ship orders typically within 24 hours.
How long will it take in transit?
We ship UPS. Transit times can vary with location. We currently have a transit days image on the homepage for viewing.
Does your DTF come ready to apply?
We fully print and cure with powder before shipping. You get a ready to press transfer that just needs cut from the sheet.
What happens to my file after I upload to your site?
We care about you and your business above everything. All files are uploaded to a secure server and deleted after printing.
Will your transfers fade or crack?
No, we use the highest quality material and ink. When properly pressed there will be no issues. Your customers are the most important thing to your business and we cut no corners when it comes to producing the best quality transfers.
What are the pressing instructions?
Set heat press to 320 degrees. Check with a laser temperature gauge for accuracy. Use a lint roller on the garment for the best quality. Prepress for 5 - 10 seconds. Then press the transfer for 10 seconds with heavy pressure. If you don't have a pneumatic heat press you must press down hard! Peel warm, not hot! Peeling immediately is not recommended. Press again for 5 - 10 seconds. Use a cover sheet and do not skip this step! Wash after 24 hours.
