Tiny details that are below 9PT are too small to be transferred correctly onto the garment. You can fix by adding a stroke or outline around the small details to make them thicker.
Transparent or translucent gradient IS NOT recommended, transparency of 30-40% will start to break and create jagged edges.
What you see in the monitor is not what color it will print due to variations in color representation on monitors (they are all different). We are not responsible for pixelated artwork. Artwork that does not meet the requirements will not be re-printed or refunded and it will get printed the way it was submitted.

I don't have a single complaint about this company! I've ordered 3 times from them, once for pickup and twice shipped. The pickup order was ready the same day, and the shipped orders arrived in 2 days. I had trouble getting my images to be good quality and they were very helpful in adjusting my files so the quality was perfect. They even gave me tips on how to start off with a better quality image. They even include a card in the order with pressing instructions which is extremely helpful! Quality local company that I will order from again in the future (although I'm sure they get sick of my name in their inbox 😆)

I've used a number of different DTF printers in the past - several very large and well-known companies - and none have delivered close to the print quality I've received from you! There is never any white underbase sticking out, dark colors print solidly and beautifully (no lines running through), and bright colors are eye catching and accurate to my designs. Turnaround time and delivery is SUPER fast, and packaging is well thought out and pretty. I also love the ease of building a gang sheet of individually uploaded designs on your website and that it'll let me increase the resolution of my designs if needed. Pricing is great too. I will be returning often!
