Glitter DTF Gang Sheet Builder – Design Sparkle Transfers Online
Perfect for Wooden trophies. Excellent products, and great quality.
I ordered this to wrap my son's goalie mask. I uploaded my design files without realizing I had scaled them incorrectly for the size I wanted. Customer service was excellent! They contacted me to confirm the expected print size and gave me the opportunity to correct the files before printing.
The order shipped quickly, the colors came out exactly as expected, and the print quality was excellent. I used a hair dryer to apply heat during installation, and I was impressed by how easily the material stretched, conformed to the curves, and could be repositioned. Highly recommended.

What a gang sheet actually costs
Every sheet is 22.5" wide. You choose the length, and you pay $0.50 for each inch of it. That is the whole pricing model — the same whether you upload a finished layout or build one here. Every sheet ships ready to press.
| Sheet size | Your price |
|---|---|
| 22.5" × 6" — our smallest sheet | $3.00 |
| 22.5" × 12" — a few chest logos | $6.00 |
| 22.5" × 24" — a small run | $12.00 |
| 22.5" × 60" (5 ft) — a typical order | $30.00 |
| 22.5" × 120" (10 ft) | $60.00 |
| 22.5" × 200" (16.6 ft) — our longest sheet | $99.99 |
A 60" sheet holds roughly 10 adult front transfers at 11", or around 60 left-chest logos at 3.5" — so the more tightly you pack it, the less each print costs you.
Two ways to order — same price either way
Upload your sheet
Best if your gang sheet is already laid out in your own design software. Upload the finished file and pay only for the inches you use.
- PDF is the safest format — PNG also works
- 300 DPI, sized to 22.5" wide
- Transparent background on PNG files
Build one online
Best if you would rather not lay it out yourself. Drag, drop and arrange your designs in the browser — we work out the length for you.
- No design software needed
- Same $0.50 per inch pricing
- See your sheet before you order

Before you upload
- Build your artwork at 300 DPI and size it to 22.5 inches wide.
- PDF is the most reliable format. PNG works too, but export it with resolution embedded — some design tools leave it out, which can make a correctly sized sheet read as much larger than it is.
- PNG files need a transparent background.
- Do not mirror your artwork. We handle that.
- Stuck on a file? Send it to us and we will sort it out with you.
