Leatherette Patch - Custom laser engraved with real stitching
Increase your product offering with custom leatherette patches! These are laser engraved with a high quality fiber laser giving you the best crisp engrave possible. They come ready to press with a built in adhesive. Using a 15 second press the patch adheres very strongly. Time and pressure will give best outcome. Press at 302 degrees up to 320 degrees. It is recommended to use a cover sheet to prevent burning of the surface of the leatherette. If you use thermal tape to hold in place, put a small piece on the edge as the outline of the tape may be pressed into to surface.
Vector files work best for this upload. SVG and PDF are good then transparent PNG files 3rd best. If you need to upload a fully in color image we can change to black and white and vectorize.
What you see in the monitor is not what color it will print due to variations in color representation on monitors (they are all different). We are not responsible for pixelated artwork. Artwork that does not meet the requirements will not be re-printed or refunded and it will get printed the way it was submitted.
